Welcome to WuwenAI ("we", "us"). We operate the WuwenAI omnichannel customer service platform and its Shopify app (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.

1. Information we collect. When a merchant installs the App and visitors interact with the chat widget, we may collect account information, chat records, visitor IP and approximate location, browser language, device information, browsing behavior, and optional visitor identity passed by the merchant.

2. How we use information. We use it to provide and improve customer service and AI replies, improve model quality, generate merchant reports, detect and prevent abuse, and comply with the law.

3. Storage and security. Data is stored on secure servers in Singapore. Transit uses TLS/SSL; sensitive data at rest uses AES-256, with strict access control and regular audits.

4. Sharing. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share data only with consent, when required by law, to protect users, or with trusted partners bound by this policy.

5. Merchant rights (GDPR). Merchants may request a copy of customer data, customer redaction, or shop redaction after uninstall. Deletions are hard deletions. Contact us at the email below.

6. Retention. We keep chat records while the merchant uses the service, and delete them when the merchant stops using the App, uninstalls it, or requests deletion.

7. Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies to identify sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You may refuse them in the browser, which may affect some features.

8. Third parties. The platform may integrate Shopify, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, LINE, and others. Their privacy policies also apply.

9. Children. The App is for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
