Welcome to WuwenAI. By using the platform you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service. WuwenAI is an omnichannel AI support SaaS platform covering inbox, AI replies, collaboration, CRM, analytics, and outreach tools.

2. Accounts. Register with a valid email, keep credentials safe, and do not transfer the account. Contact us immediately if you notice abuse.

3. Acceptable use. Do not break the law, send spam or fraud, infringe third-party rights, violate social-platform terms, reverse-engineer the product, or attack the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice.

4. Paid plans. Prices on the pricing page control. Plans bill monthly or annually and renew unless cancelled. Quality issues may qualify for a refund within 7 days. Price changes will be announced 30 days in advance.

5. IP. Platform content belongs to WuwenAI or licensors. Conversation data you create belongs to you; we use it only as needed to provide the service.

6. Availability. We aim for stability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Force majeure and third-party API failures are outside our control. Planned maintenance will be announced when possible.

7. Termination. We may suspend or terminate for policy violations, 12 months of inactivity, unpaid plans, or legal requests. You may export data within 30 days after termination.

8. Disputes. Negotiate first; otherwise courts at the operator’s domicile have jurisdiction.

9. Changes. Updated terms will be posted here, with notice for material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
